Our lands are located in the heart of the
territory that belonged to the ancient Etruscan people, called Tuscia, in the immediate vicinity
near Monte Romano. They are rich in minerals particularly suitable
to the cultivation of olive trees, positioned on gentle hills, our plants enjoy
of exposure to the sun and ventilation that are beneficial for the birth of an excellent product

Each olive tells its own story, and every drop of oil is the fruit of our love for our work. For several years, we have been experimenting with innovative techniques to ensure the highest quality. Harvesting at sunset and at night is a gesture of love for the final product and for those who savor it.
