Our Origins

It all started over a
century ago, when our predecessors decided to grow olive trees in the
fertile lands of Tuscia characterized by hilly landscapes with olive groves and
Etruscan necropolis. Agriculture was an art linked to the cycles of nature and the
olive harvest was a celebration in which the whole family participated
with enthusiasm.

From generation to generation
generation the secrets of cultivation and oil production have been passed on
handed down as a precious treasure, our grandparents and our parents
They taught us to recognize the perfect moments to harvest olives and to
take care of every detail of the process from pruning to pressing

Every drop of our oil smells of
authenticity, it tastes of hard work, and of a long-standing bond with the land. It is the fruit of generations who believed in value done well and, which today makes our
production of recognized excellence.
