Service fees are determined based on the Customs Broker's rates as of the invoice date, including the amounts of customs duties and other fees paid by the Customs Broker while providing the services listed below. The recipient must pay for the Customs Broker's services.

The Customs Broker reserves the right to retain any goods of the Consignee at the Consignee's expense until the Customs Broker's services provided to the Consignee hereunder are paid in full.
